Biography
Rita J.Tino, Esq. has practiced in the area of transactional Real Estate Law for over 33 years and has closed over thousands of real estate transactions. Ms. Tino is the founder of the Law Office of Rita J. Tino, which was opened in November 1999, and she concentrates her practice on Real Estate Law, with a primary focus on residential closings. Ms. Tino’s experience includes the representation of Purchasers/Sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts, leases and agreements in real estate matters and related fields. Ms. Tino was also an adjunct professor at Iona University where she teaches Public Speaking and Communication.
After having served as an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County under Hon. Carl Vergari, Ms. Tino took a position with the Manhattan firm of Bivona & Cohen where she litigated personal injury cases in Manhattan and the five boroughs.
